A sleek, fast ship seen traveling south, carrying Count Haserton Pragmus Lowls IV from Thrushmoor to Cassomir in the Act II Epilogue.
The ship was directly observed through a scrying spell cast by Dabwick in Chapters 101 and 129. Dabwick made care to particularly study the appearance of two members of the ship’s crew.
In Chapter 151, Chester shared with Dabwick an overview of all that had happened since the party had last enacted the Dreamlands Excursion ritual. The Aurora had docked in Cassomir several days before a big storm covered the region on 29 Abadius, 4719. Lowls was observed going ashore alone, with no servants or luggage.
Meanwhile, no one else was observed leaving the Aurora for over a day. But finally some of the crew were spotted slipping down the docks late at night, while whoever had been left aboard the Aurora took the ship out. The ship then sat anchored out among the Dog's Teeth, for a few days. But after the storm, the ship was not to be seen.
Stazi, Stanhope, and a mysterious elf went out to investigate, and found the ship scuttled. All Stazi would say about it was, “They’re all dead. And no one must ever go down there.”
In Chapter 153, Glenborn Havermast mentioned to the party that Miacknian Mun had paid for the ship’s docking fees the day after it arrived.
In Chapter 157, inside Harrigan's Warehouse, Dabwick recognized multiple sailors from the Aurora among the number of the Seeded Corpse Puppets found there.
In Chapter 158, Dabwick used an Insect Spies spell to scout out the sunken vessel. They reported four corpses and heavily damaged walls. The party rented a boat and sailed out to the site.
In Chapter 159, Pandora observed in a psychometry vision that the Aurora‘s crew had been Seeded by Count Lowls upon their arrival in Cassomir. After several days spent carving the name of Xhamen-Dor into the walls of the bunk chamber, Captain Pera, First Mate Libo, and two other crew members had deliberately scuttled the ship and slit their own throats.
