Small boy, Briarstone patient with a shadow lantern that projects a flock of birds. Tolman watches both him and Maeve in a room next to the chapel.
In Chapter 24, the party found a room labeled “Brenton & Debis‘ room,” and retrieved a set of wooden toy knights that registered psychic significance to Dora.
In Chapter 28, Ray realized that Brenton’s shadow lantern was likely what Debis was searching for.
During the battle for the chapel in Chapters 29 & 30, he stayed with Tolman for protection.
In Chapter 31, the players learned his surname and that he had been very recently committed with his twin brother Debis after their parents were slaughtered by bandits, right in front of them, on the highway south of Rozenport.
In Chapter 34, Maeve crowned him a princess so she could be his Knight Protector.
