An entity first referenced in Grip's first dream in Chapter 5. Something living in the sewers beneath a city by the sea, something locked in an endless cycle of consumption and waste.
Gull seemed to have knowledge of the Corpse Orgy in his former life as well: the name emerged in his dream in Chapter 8.
In the Act III Epilogue, the Corpse Orgy was revealed to reside in (or beneath) the city of Okeno, in an area called the Sweatways.
In Chapter 175, it was learned that the Corpse Orgy was perhaps created by beings known as the Pactmasters.
In Chapter 185, Bash reflected on how the Corpse Orgy’s (entire?) purpose was to roam the Sweatways and prevent the escape of slaves and prisoners. It was believed to be “a rolling ball of dead slaves” that kills anything it comes across, and then adds their body to its horrific mass.
