Former ruler of Versex County (circa 4585 A.R.) and presumed ancestor of Count Haserton Pragmus Lowls IV. Deeply involved with the goings-on at Briarstone Asylum in its past.
In Chapter 63, it was learned that Lowls I had previously lived in what came to be called the Old Manor, and that it was during his rule that the Iris Hill estate was built.
