One of a collection of 22 books found in a special footlocker stashed inside Count Lowls‘ private study in Iris Hill.
During the course of Chapter 90, the party took the time to skim through this book to get a sense of it:
- Language: Aklo
- Content: A book–decorated throughout with imagery of long, coiled, reptilian tails–which recounts the proper rites for the worship of an entity known as the Water Lizard of Mnar. The last page is an artist’s rendering of the word “FLEE” scrawled on a stone wall in blood.
In Chapter 100, after uncovering the list of gifts for the Mad Poet, the party was able to organize the books into groupings of three that were each relevant to researching one particular gift. This book was discovered to have particular information on the Green Stone Idol.
