Hangs out at the Third Peacock Tavern. Not generally well-regarded, believed to have obtained his position through nepotism. “Somebody’s uncle?” Probably corrupt.
Grip and Pandora encountered him at the Third Peacock in Chapter 156 and he turned out to be a totally unmemorable middle-aged aristocrat. Believed himself to be quite deserving of his signet ring, despite the difficulty he’d had convincing his uncle that was the case.
Pandora learned via a Detect Thoughts spell that Caine found Mun to be difficult to deal with, and that he had accepted money from Mun to obfuscate his true destination following his departure from Cassomir in Abadius 4719.
