A painting of the city in the Sceptered House depicted the sky above Katheer as being alive with zeppelins and flying horses.
An old city built up by many cultures, having changed hands many times over the millennia. Worship of Sarenrae is central to the city’s spiritual identity. A major feature of the city’s architecture is the large number of minarets that adorn its skyline. There are so many geniekind in the city that there are entire law offices dedicated to negotiating the terms of the granting of wishes to mortals.
In Chapter 173, the party observed that the worship of Sarenrae in Katheer involves a daily communal ritual of gathering, singing, and dancing as the sun rises.
