A ghoul with yellow eyes and nearly eight feet tall. Missing most of its right arm, he wears a hand lashed around his neck on a leather cord. He has an aura of stench that is particularly potent.
In Chapter 33, Naysa identified him as a former orderly at Briarstone Asylum and called him “the baddest sonofabitch around.”
