WITCH 13 OF AGILITY
A Ratfolk observed during a Scry spell cast by Dabwick in Chapter 93. A male with neglected gray fur and jet black eyes, wearing cast-off clothing and holding a glowing green vial. He was stroking the back of the Giant Flea that had been following the party, and he spoke to it in a shared language nobody on the Starling could comprehend.
In Chapter 100, Dabwick verified that the witch and his familiar were still following the Starling and had reached the wilds of Razmiran.
In Chapter 112, he joined the party in their fight against the extraplanar Alhool. Not knowing his intentions, Nixon attacked him and knocked him out.
In Chapter 115, the party interrogated Nheb in the hold of the Starling. They learned that he seemed to have no idea what the symbol on Ulf‘s abdomen represented. He claimed to be traveling south at Ulf’s direction and insistence, with no clue what the flea was leading him to (or why). When they spotted the Bloodwind materializing from the Dreamlands fog, Ulf told him to attack the Alhool, so he did. The party assessed the Ratfolk as being a little nuts, but perhaps not dangerous to them (for now), and so released him.
Nheb was seen in Chapter 136 on the Night of the Pale, camped on the banks of Kallas Lake and sharing with Ulf a story about the death of a young Ratfolk child named Mabs that they had witnessed during their travels through southeastern Razmiran.
In Chapter 173, Sister Thyrr informed the party that Nheb entered the Mysterium in pursuit of Lowls and Mun on 23 Pharast, 4719 with Elder Lythiin, a dozen Stewards, Stazi, Stanhope, and Tharivol, and as of the 28th, had not re-emerged.
The chronicle of Nheb and Ulf’s travels during the first half of Act IV is recorded here.
In Act IV Interlude Part 3, Nheb felt the permanent severing of his connection with Ulf. He then soon found himself trapped inside an invisible cage of force while exploring the second floor of the Mysterium. Throughout Parts 4 and 5, he was then bathed in a cycle of cold, fire, acid, and electricity damage.
Unable to escape the trap, Nheb was eventually slain by it in Act IV Interlude Part 6.
Pandora was connected to Nheb’s soul as he died through the psychometry vision she witnessed during the Act IV Interlude, but was unable to definitively determine whether or not his soul would be willing to return from the afterlife.
The party found his corpse on the Arcana level of the Mysterium in Chapter 177, lying on the floor near the Library of Blasphemous Texts. An Arctic Hare (one of the animals from the Menagerie) was curled up with his body.
Nheb was returned to life by Sister Thyrr in Chapter 184, and obtained a new familiar: Frederick from his new patron.
In Chapter 189, Nheb joined the party in their assault on Blossoming Thorn.

In Chapter 194, Nheb shared some information about his past with Frederick while feeding him a scroll of Spectral Hand. Nheb came from a place called Feldgrau. It was once noisy and full of life, but after a war it was left frightening and empty.
