A man seen in visions on the Night of the Pale. Seemingly the only member of the Stoiču family that survived the Red Death.
In a psychometry vision in Chapter 143, Seb was revealed to have been Vik‘s eldest brother. Son of Katarina Stoiču and Edward Zolotov.
