A sinuous humanoid people with the heads and tails of snakes and wickedly taloned hands and feet. Their bodies are covered in fine, elastic, tough, and colourful serpentine scales. They once controlled a vast empire on Golarion eons ago, in the time before the Age of Darkness. Their empire was finally defeated by the Azlanti, and the surviving Serpentfolk were driven underground into the Darklands.
In a vision sent to the party by the Prisoner, the Serpentfolk were seen to have clashed with the Flying Polyps long, long ago in the area around Lake Encarthan.
