In Chapter 141, the party learned that the Stardust Augurs were the secret group that had offered to help Senator Emilio Daldamane in his flight to safety.
In Chapter 142, the party encountered a group of Stardust Augurs led by Hadranna Ibren and learned more about them. A sect of Desna worshippers who study dreams and portents, populated by an abnormal number of psychic spellcasters. They study the messages Desna sends to her followers in dreams, especially portents. Since the death of Aroden, actual prophecy has lost its power, but the Augurs believe Desna sends them signs of what is happening, rather than what will happen. Parsing through the metaphor and confusion in dreams, they believe they can take action on current events. They are self-trained in lucid dreaming.
