One of a collection of 22 books found in a special footlocker stashed inside Count Lowls‘ private study in Iris Hill.
During the course of Chapter 90, the party took the time to skim through this book to get a sense of it:
- Language: Necril
- Content: A dark (and fussily precise) tome written by an unnamed lich scholar about ley lines of power that can be tapped in the three great necropolises of Uktaal, Igguzqaiz, and Ekraz.
In Chapter 100, after uncovering the list of gifts for the Mad Poet, the party was able to organize the books into groupings of three that were each relevant to researching one particular gift. This book was discovered to have particular information on the Skull of Ghoul Royalty.
