One of a collection of 22 books found in a special footlocker stashed inside Count Lowls‘ private study in Iris Hill.
During the course of Chapter 90, the party took the time to skim through this book to get a sense of it:
- Language: Infernal
- Content: A lengthy report written to Asmodeus, and later officially published by the archive of Hell, accounting two Phistophilius Devils’ travels in the Mnar region of the Dreamlands, and their efforts to secure binding treaties between the peoples of Ib and their many, many enemies.
In Chapter 100, after uncovering the list of gifts for the Mad Poet, the party was able to organize the books into groupings of three that were each relevant to researching one particular gift. This book was discovered to have particular information on the Green Stone Idol.
