A location first referenced in the Act I Interlude, near to which a 9-year-old Brayden Vatticus first met the Stranger.
In the Chapter 28 psychometry vision of Vatticus' wedding band, Gulliver Vatticus specifically warned a young Ray (along with an unnamed companion) not to go to “the house at the end of Market Street.”
In Chapter 33, Gull identified the end of Market Street in Thrushmoor as being the place where the “Wailing House” is located. His vague memory recounted it as an old abandoned mansion, a place where children dare each other to spend the night.
