Rony, Grip & Ray visited it for the first time in Chapter 44. Despite its name, it turned out to be an extremely well-kept establishment, as though run by someone with military precision.
Following the Gulston’s death at the hand of cultists, the Stain seemed destined to be re-opened by Denman after the PCs left Thrushmoor.
